In relation to ICT bridging the
communication gap in the area of the world becoming a global village, it has
become very expedient for both the old and youth to join the world in that
respect.
The need to do so first of all comes with where, how and who to impact or acquire this knowledge. For a fact, one cannot solve this by missing out on this very well structured workshop, thus Web 2.0 Learning Opportunity organized under the auspices of the Institute for Scientific and Technological Information (CSIR-INSTI).
For that matter, this learning opportunity also gives participant the capacity to also train others or impact the knowledge acquired.
On behalf of all the participants for this workshop, we say a big kudos to all the organizers for putting up this workshop.
I recommend that, just as we have become trained on this application there should be a trainer of trainer course to upgrade our knowledge or to build upon what we have acquired as the world becomes innovative and dynamic with the use of technology.
